We gather ongoing feedback and data to help evidence the impact of our coaching, coach education or workshops. We passionately believe that our workshops and coaching can make a significant positive difference at individual and organisational level and know that intelligent data analysis helps ensure that happens.

Our Founders

Maureen Wright

Coaching Psychologist, Coach Educator, Health and Wellbeing Consultant

(PhD-in progress, MBA, MSc, BSc, PGCE)

Maureen is our lead Creativia Coach and Coach Educator. She has a particular expertise and active research interest in the application of Positive Psychology and Creativity within coaching and wellbeing interventions. 


She has substantial successful experience of coaching, supervision, facilitation and organisational leadership, including at executive level. She has proven practical expertise in the implementation of a coaching culture as an organisational improvement and wellbeing strategy. 


She has an enduring love of learning and an ongoing mission to discover new and uplifting ways to expand the learning process in others. 


Her creative interests span a wide range of media including the visual arts, writing and knitwear design. She takes creative inspiration from the colours, textures and beauty of the natural world, enjoys good food, long walks in the countryside and spending time with family and friends.


Dr. David Gilbert Wright

Creative Coach, Arts Educator & Documentary Photographer

(PhD, MBA, MA, BA, Cert. Ed)

David's background is in the visual arts, as a practitioner, educator and coach. He manages all administrative and operational matters.
